HOW TO BOOK

Get your club's exclusive booking link from your Tour Leader
02.
Entries open at 6pm Oct 30th. You will have 10 minutes to secure your spot once through

Select your package, accom or non-accom, buy any add ons, and pay your deposit.

Final payments due Jan 17th 2026
IN LONG...
01
Receive your unique booking link from your Tour Leader
Your Tour Leader will be sent a unique booking link that is only to be used by your club members. This will automatically show which package and accommodation you are allocated to. However, this unique link does not guarantee you a spot on Tour, you are still competing against other clubs on the same week for a spot.

Queue opens 5pm Oct 30th
Once you open your link, at 5pm you will be placed in a queue, which is first come, first served.

Entries open 6pm Oct 30th
At 6pm, the entries will open, and you will be let into the booking flow according to your place in the queue (you likely won’t be waiting more that 15 minutes to be entered into the booking flow, unless your week has already sold out). Choose your preferred package (with or without training) and go through to the next step!​

Choose if you want accommodation
Book the accommodation package (you can also choose extra nights if you want) or choose a non-accommodation package (you will have to find your own accommodation). The accommodation has been assigned and will be the same for everyone in your group. You do not have to worry about rooming lists yet.

Choose your Add-ons
You will have the choice of Add Ons (which are only available to buy in this step, you will not be able to buy these later)
You will need to pay for these at checkout

Pay your £50 deposit & you're all set!
Pay your £50 deposit to secure your spot & submit your booking information and you’re all set! You will be asked to pay the final fee by 17th of January!

If your Tour week is sold out before you’ve managed to secure your spot, you will see a Sold Out message when trying to book on, however if there are still some spaces potentially available (ie. people have tickets in their basket that they might not get), this will be communicated to you, and you may need to wait up to 30 minutes for them to become available again.
